Sink Mould Production
The kitchen sink mould is precisely manufactured based on detailed technical drawings, using meticulous handcrafted techniques such as layered bonding, surface smoothing, precise shaping, and accurate scaling to ensure consistency in mass production.
SILICSANA® Material Blending Process
SILICSANA® is a high-performance composite material specially engineered for modern kitchen sinks. It consists of 80% natural quartz sand and 20% high-quality resins, color pigments, and functional additives, ensuring durability, scratch resistance, and long-lasting aesthetics. All components are mechanically blended using precision equipment to guarantee a consistent, high-quality result. The final material is patented and officially registered under the SILICSANA® brand, making it a reliable choice for premium composite sinks
Granite Composite Sink Casting
After the SILICSANA® composite material is prepared, it is precisely poured into a sink-shaped mold to form the final product. Once the casting process is complete and the mold is removed, a new HELIKA® kitchen sink with a seamless, durable design is ready.
Laboratory Test Reports for Kitchen Sinks
All HELIKA® granite composite sinks are thoroughly tested in our in-house laboratory according to the EN 13310:2015+A1:2018 European standard for kitchen sinks. To ensure exceptional quality, durability, and long-term reliability, our laboratory specialists perform daily tests covering load resistance, thermal shock, chemical and stain resistance, surface hardness, and overall product lifespan.
