PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES
Creating moulds
The kitchen sink mould is manufactured according to the designed drawings, using meticulous handcrafting techniques such as layer bonding, smoothing, shaping and scaling for mass production.
COMPOSITES MIXING
SILICSANA® is a composite material consisting of 80% quartz sand and 20% resins, pigments, and other components. All composite chemicals are blended mechanically using various equipment.The resulting composite material is patented and registered as SILICSANA®.
SINKS CASTING
After the composite material is ready, it is carefully poured into the shape of the sink. Once the mold is opened and removed, a new HELIKA® sink is born.
LABORATORY REPORTS
Granite sinks are examined and tested according to EN 13310:2015+A1:2018 standards in our laboratory. To ensure high quality and reliability, our laboratory scientists test products every day for load resistance, temperature fluctuations, resistance to chemicals and stains, surface stability and service life.
